SLINGSHOT AND VOMATRON RIDER QUALIFICATIONS
Rider must be a minimum height of 50 inches
No Back, Neck or Heart Conditions
No Expectant Mothers
No One Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol
SLINGSHOT AND VOMATRON RIDER SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Loose articles are not Permitted on Rides
Loose articles may be left with a Non-Rider or placed in free ride lockers
Pockets must be empty prior to riding
No Hats or Glasses can be worn during rides
Rider’s head must be placed back against ride seat with hands holding handrails
GO-KARTS RIDER QUALIFICATIONS
Driver must be a minimum height of 58 inches
Passenger minimum age, 3 years.
Shoes required
No cell phones or cameras on racetrack
No back, neck, heart conditions or any physical or mental condition which may be affected or affect the safe control of cart
No expectant mothers
No one Seemingly intoxicated or smelling of alcohol
GO-KARTS RIDER SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Long hair and loose clothing must be contained
Seat belts must be worn properly
No bumping, crowding, swerving, hitting walls or forcing into the rail
If kart stops, remain seated until attendant assists you
Return to the pit area, slowly, when directed
Behavior deemed unsafe or against company policy or procedure may result in the termination of ride without a refund
In case of poor weather conditions, the track may close for safety reasons

WAIVER/RELEASE INFORMATION
The ticket holder, by voluntarily visiting, participating, spectating, and/or riding the Slingshot and/or the Vomatron (the “Rides”), UNDERSTANDS THE INHERENT RISK INVOLVED WITH the Rides and voluntarily assumes any and all risks and dangers in any way related to the actions, failures, and negligence of themselves, others, and the Rides equipment or its components. The ticket holder forever waives, covenants not to sue, releases, and discharges Harold Investments, LLC d/b/a Panama City Beach Slingshot and Thomas Drive Investments, LLC (as well as each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, related and affiliated entities, owners, officers, directors, employees, insurers, land owners, contractors, subcontractors, agents, volunteers, predecessors, assigns, representatives, and successors) from liability, harm, injury, death, paralysis, claims, causes of action, damages, costs, fees, or expenses of every kind, including but not limited to, all claims and causes of action based on the sole, joint, active, or passive negligence of any of the parties listed above related to the ticket holder’s visit, participation, spectating, or riding of the Rides. Ticket holder agrees that any dispute will be determined by https://www.jamsadr.com/consumer-minimum-standards/ and agrees to inform operator of injury prior to leaving the premises.

The ticket holder forever waives, covenants not to sue, releases, and discharges Outback Scooter’s LLC; Thomas Drive Investments, LLC; and Harold Investments, LLC (as well as each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, related and affiliated entities, owners, officers, directors, employees, insurers, land owners, contractors, subcontractors, agents, volunteers, predecessors, assigns, representatives, and successors) from liability, harm, injury, death, paralysis, claims, causes of action, damages, costs, fees, or expenses of every kind, including but not limited to, all claims and causes of action based on the sole, joint, active, or passive negligence of any of the parties listed above related to the ticket holder’s visit, participation, spectating, engagement, or riding of the go-karts.
